JOB PURPOSE:
Perform basic service installations, disconnects and changes for residential and business customers. Preferred candidates live within 15 miles of service area.

KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Perform installation work including but not limited to voice, video and data installs, and service changes and disconnects in customer homes and places of business.
- Complete Midco First Time Right Broadband I certification within 90 days of hire. Consistently apply First Time Right principles in all aspects of work.
- Troubleshoot and repair services from tap to Customer Premise Equipment (CPE), and signal leakage repairs.
- Maintain records, including daily logs and gas sheets.
- Record all required information on work orders, surveys, and referrals.
- Promote cable, internet, and other Company services and educate customers on the proper use of Midco’s services, including how to add additional services, access help online, channel lineups, and proper equipment usage.
- Ensure proper signal levels and picture quality on all television sets; clear the premises of all debris and materials after the installation is complete.
- Appropriately manage difficult or emotional customer situations and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Respond to requests for service and assistance in a timely manner.
- Perform on-call duties as required.
- Possess knowledge of Midco’s safety program (Target Zero), practice and enforce safety rules and procedures; operate all equipment in a safe manner.
- Operate and drive a Company vehicle in accordance with Midco’s “Use of Vehicle for Company Business” policy.
- Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication with internal and external customers.
- Adhere to Midco’s privacy guidelines to ensure each customer’s privacy.
- Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma/G.E.D. required.
- Maintain a current and valid driver’s license and good to excellent driving record. A DUI within the last 5 years disqualifies you from employment in this position.

As a Construction Tech you will support and assist the Construction department in the maintenance, expansion, and upgrades to Midco’s regional network.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
- Support the Construction department with the maintenance, expansion and upgrades to Midco’s regional network.
- Install, maintain, and repair Midco’s aerial and underground regional network.
- Perform house moves and cable relocations. Coordinate with the appropriate utility companies and other entities to verify routes. Keep detailed billing information to chargeback customers.

We are seeking a motivated individual to join H-S Precision in our Assembly Department. As part of the Assembly team, you polish parts for our firearms and other accessory parts, using hand tools and other equipment to ensure parts are produced to production standards. This is a position that requires a detail oriented and organized personality. There is an opportunity to learn firearms assembly and take on additional responsibilities in the Assembly Department. You must be able to lift up to 30 pounds unaided and be able to bend, crouch, and lift items throughout your shift. *This is a full time position, but Part Time may be considered for someone with the right skill set and experience.

Primary Role and Responsibilities: Polish parts according to tolerance and production standards.
- Read and understand prints, written instruction sheets and verbal directions.
- Use hand and power tools to polish/buff, deburr, file, sandblast and produce parts according to standards.
- Use measuring tools, included but not limited to micrometers, calipers and other tools to ensure quality of all parts.
- Use 30-ton Press and fixtures to produce parts, according to required standards.
- Work with Supervisor to track incoming orders; prepare orders for production and chambering with receivers, bolts, and other necessary parts.
- Perform daily maintenance of work area and department to ensure cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications and Requirements
- 30+ pound lifting requirement. Minimum 8 hours per day standing may be required.
- Hand-Eye coordination necessary (for polishing and preparing parts to print).
- Willingness to learn all aspects of polishing and assembly, and other jobs therein.
- Attention to detail with ability to follow established procedures and instructions.
- Self-starter, ability to work independently.
- Ability to stay focused and on-task despite repetitious work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience polishing and operating press preferred, but not required.
- Previous experience with hand tools and precision measuring instruments helpful.

General Summary:
Provides support to the Service Delivery team in overseeing all aspects of service delivery projects.
